Endpoints for people on the ASIC register: search a director or secretary by name and date of birth, then list their company roles, shareholdings, lodged documents and full personal name extract.
ASIC indexes every director, secretary, liquidator, auditor and recorded shareholder by name and, where it holds them, by date and place of birth. The people resource lets you find a person, confirm which of several namesakes you mean, and then list every company they are or were involved with. It is the basis for director verification, conflict checks and ultimate beneficial owner mapping.
